Crystal Premier offers a monthly membership subscription at $29.88/month. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected]. Individual photo set purchases are final and non-refundable once content has been accessed.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Crystal Premier, including photos, videos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Crystal Premier and its creator. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any content
• Share, sell, or sublicense content to any third party
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Remove any watermarks or copyright notices
• Screenshot or screen-record content

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection measures
• Harass, threaten, or abuse the creator or other users
• Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

7. DMCA & Copyright

We take copyright infringement seriously. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to [email protected] with the required information. We will respond promptly to valid notices.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the Service immediately ceases. We may also terminate accounts for inactivity or at our sole discretion.
