Refund Policy

Membership Subscriptions

Crystal Premier membership subscriptions are billed monthly at $29.88/month. All subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun. You will continue to have access to member content through the end of your current billing period after cancellation.

To cancel your subscription, log in to your dashboard and navigate to Billing settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Individual Photo Set Purchases

Individual photo set purchases are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded. Due to the digital nature of the content, we cannot offer refunds after access has been granted.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged in error (duplicate charge, technical error)
  • You did not receive access to purchased content due to a technical failure on our end
  • Required by applicable consumer protection law

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of the charge at [email protected] with your account email and order details.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in immediate account termination. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we're committed to resolving any billing issues fairly and promptly.
